Text Messaging Terms
Cadence Continuity Alerts may send owner-authorized continuity, safety, review, or operational status messages to recipients who have consented to receive them. Message frequency varies based on system activity and recipient preferences and is intended to remain low volume. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact contact@cadence-continuity.com.
Recipients opt in by directly providing a mobile number to Harmony Nexus or Cadence Continuity for the stated notification purpose, by configuring a private continuity system to send alerts to that number, or by using supported opt-in keywords such as START, OPTIN, or UNSTOP where available.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Cadence Continuity services to send spam, harassing messages, unlawful content, deceptive messages, or messages to people who have not consented. Harmony Nexus does not purchase contact lists and does not send marketing messages to users who have not opted in.
Continuity Boundaries
Cadence Continuity is continuity and safety architecture. It is not a medical device, emergency response service, legal service, financial adviser, or substitute for calling emergency services. If there is immediate danger or a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
Privacy
Use of Cadence Continuity services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how text messaging data is handled.
