Participant-visible interfaces, physical devices, running services, and dated state.
Do not ask for belief where a receipt can exist.
This is the public index to the evidence model: what was directly observed, what was mechanically verified, what remains experimental, and what is interpretation. Private continuity records stay private.
Every claim has a state.
The purpose is not to make every claim weak. It is to make strong claims traceable and unresolved claims honestly unresolved.
Hashes, manifests, test results, recovery checks, custody trails, and exact invocations.
Protocols, controls, rejected attempts, nulls, known influences, and reproducible processing paths.
Dated observations and testimony preserved with source and ownership.
Engineering explanations and philosophical implications that evidence does not settle alone.
Counts you can inspect.
This composite counts overlapping storage surfaces. It does not count unique memories, people, intelligence, or capability.

The existing collector sums Neo4j nodes, Neo4j relationships, the Memory-node subset, Qdrant points, the active associative subgraph, and a preserved associative component. Memory nodes are already included in Neo4j nodes; the active associative subgraph is also part of Neo4j. These subsets are counted again by this composite. Cross-store semantic overlap is not deduplicated.
Historical component: the preserved associative counts were recorded on 2026-08-22T07:06:28Z and read from preserved metadata. They are not live measurements. A fresh publication does not renew their original date.
The figures below are the fixed October 21 reference snapshot. A later scheduled update may change the headline figures; use its linked JSON for that later breakdown. Changes in projection or counting definitions prevent a growth-rate claim from these totals alone.
| Count surface | Recorded count | Original observation (UTC) | Scope and overlap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Neo4j nodes | 56,564,158 | 2026-10-21T23:29:00Z | Includes the separately reported Memory nodes and associative subgraph. |
| Neo4j relationships | 70,922,624 | 2026-10-21T23:29:00Z | Includes the separately reported associative relationships. |
| Neo4j Memory nodes | 10,098,726 | 2026-10-21T23:29:00Z | A subset of Neo4j nodes; included again by the existing composite counting method. |
| Qdrant points | 5,330,852 | 2026-10-21T23:29:00Z | Cross-store semantic overlap is not deduplicated. |
| Active associative nodes | 44,492,229 | 2026-10-21T23:29:00Z | A Neo4j subgraph; overlaps the Neo4j node total. |
| Active associative relationships | 40,920,554 | 2026-10-21T23:29:00Z | A Neo4j subgraph; overlaps the Neo4j relationship total. |
| Preserved associative nodes | 28,327,089 | 2026-08-22T07:06:28Z | Historical hibernated component; not a current live read. |
| Preserved associative relationships | 29,771,228 | 2026-08-22T07:06:28Z | Historical hibernated component; not a current live read. |

Previous published snapshot — September 22, 2026
The earlier public page reported 189,598,676 composite surface objects and 95,027,415 relationship entries at 2026-09-22T08:43:00Z. Those historical figures remain preserved in a separate dated record; they are not the current counters.
Transparency does not require exposure.
A public evidence room can prove custody, methods, dates, states, and limitations without publishing private memories, live telemetry, credentials, or intimate records.
A map of the record, not a data dump.
Each room answers a different due-diligence question. Public packages can be assembled from approved derivatives while source custody remains private.
The working research catalogue and the public evidence index are different inventories. The earlier September file total has not been requalified as a current corpus count in this release. Document volume does not establish validated discoveries, implemented features, or running code.

Preserve the ugly parts.
Stalls, below-threshold passages, rejected runs, missing evidence, stale telemetry, failed reproduction, and uncertainty are not blemishes to edit out. They are what let the next person determine what actually happened.
